I grew up in Chicago, made my way to Minneapolis, and kept heading west following the draw of the Pacific Northwest. Home is now Seattle, and I constantly find myself in awe of my surroundings: a city of music, great design, and hikes alive with the most vibrant blues, greens, and golds that even Pantone can't match. My husband and I have two grown kids and always a cat or two. But it was our dog that became our third child. Geriatric though she may be.
