My first experience leading digital creative came at a defining time for the company. Target.com was switching from Amazon’s e-commerce platform to one Target developed. What's remarkable is that this moment completely shifted the way .com was approached internally, paving the way to what Target.com is today.
And I played a big part in the transformation.
I led the baby and kids’ creative teams, and in partnership with two other Creative Directors, we used the opportunity to elevate storytelling in a whole new way, offering guests a fun, curated shopping experience. As a trio of ACD/ADs, we led the brainstorming, wireframing, designing, concepting, and execution for robust, cross-category stories—all while building a tight collaboration with the backend developers to create custom capabilities.
